Rates for 2010 Season

5 Day Spring Black Bear Hunt

All Inclusive per Hunter
Two Hunters with One Guide - One Bear per Hunter

10% Discount for groups of 4 or more
5% Discount given to all clients for paying
deposit and balance on time.
5% Discount given to all repeat clients and their friends.

Hunt price includes:

• Cabin Accommodation
• Meals
• Transportation during the hunt
• Experienced guide
• Hunting License
• One Black Bear Tag
• Applicable Taxes
• Pick-up and Drop-off at Prince George Airport

Upgrades, Add-ons, and other charges:

• Two Black Bear Tags - $1500
• One Hunter with One Guide - $1000
• Non-Hunting Companion - $600
• Guide and Cook Gratuity
• Fishing Licence - $60
• Wolf Tag - $60
• Wounded Game Policy - $1000 to continue hunting
• Salting Hides - $150 per hide (Fleshing, skinning feet, and splitting ears, eyes, lips and nose takes 2 - 4 hours per bear so a hide can be salted. We prefer to freeze hides so you do not lose hunting time.)
• Taxidermy not included
• Meat cutting not included
• Shipping not included
• Please Note - $25 firearm permit must be paid at Canadian border.

Dates for 2010 Season

Hunt dates listed below may be booked.  Please call for available dates

If driving, please do not arrive before 12 am on the arrival date listed.
If flying, early arrivals or late departures must make hotel arrangements. 

Booking Policy

• Bookings are determined by available dates and cabins on a first come first serve basis.
• 50% deposit required when booking within the calendar year.
• $500 deposit required for booking in advance beyond the calendar year.
• 50% due by November of the year before the hunt.
• 2 week grace period allowed for deposit to arrive by mail, after which the booking will be cancelled unless other arrangements are made.
• Personal checks are preferred. Wire transfers are available. 
• Credit cards are not accepted.
• Hunt Balance is due May 1st. 

 

Cancellation Policy

We strongly urge you to purchase sportsman's travel insurance! (see banner below) This protects both you and the outfitter from loss due to an unexpected cancellation.  If you choose not to purchase travel insurance, you do so at your own risk.

No Refunds, No Exceptions

Hunt may be transferred to another hunter without issue before May 1st.

After May 1st (when licenses and tags for all spring bear hunters are purchased)
hunts may be transferred to another hunter provided alternate hunter pays for
new licenses and tags.

$500 advance booking deposit may be forwarded to another year if notification is given by November of the year prior to the hunt. 

Hunts forwarded to another year are subject to that year's price change.
